- Emotion Detection from Images – trained a Convolutional Neural Network to classify a facial expression in an image as either smiling or having a neutral expression.

- Classifying Reddit posts – Natural Language Processing – trained several models to classify a post as belonging to one of two topics on Reddit (binary classification).

- Forecasting Coffee Prices – Time Series Analysis with ARIMA and Recurrent Neural Networks to predict future coffee prices based on historical data.

- Managed 8 end-to-end data science projects: experimental design for hypothesis testing; collection, processing and analysis of eye-tracking data; statistical analysis using ML tools - resulting in 15+ successful scientific publications.

- Modeled eye-tracking data using Frequentist and Bayesian multivariate hierarchical Linear and Logistic Regression with polynomial features ("Growth Curve Analysis").

- First author of a tutorial on Bayesian statistical modeling with eye-tracking data in cognitive science.

- Combined teamwork (2-8 people per team) with supervising and guiding about 15 students through best practices of experimental design for hypothesis testing and statistical data analysis.

- Building a recommendation system that targets potential customers for commercial campaigns of small businesses. 
- Using ML to develop data driven tools, based on customers' purchase data. 
- 10+ years of quantitative research projects involving Frequentist and Bayesian modeling of eye movement data (eye tracking).
