— Fraud detection. Led technical part of development the solution for anti-money laundering.

Based on bank’s internal data about demography, behavior, transactions the solution provides meaningful insights about suspicious accounts at customer level. It leverages the power of graph analytics (network measures, personalized scoring, community detection etc ) combined with classical machine learning approaches like an ensemble of supervised classifiers.

— IoT Analytics. Developed solution for monitoring, analyzing and predicting issues in Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning system that reduces spending on maintenance team by 29%.

Built interactive R-Shiny application for managing HVAC system. XGBoost based model for issue prediction is underhood.

— User profiles analysis. Developed and deployed model for detecting unique users of web service across different devices.

Constructed algorithm for estimation real audience of web-service. It solves the problem of unavailability unique identifiers for cross-device users.

— Flight tickets price predictor. Developed PoC for predicting optimal purchase day of airline tickets for Accenture employees (expected savings 13%)

Built R-Shiny application which based on Departure/Arrival/Date input parameters suggests the day for purchasing flight ticket with optimal price.  Solution utilized power of regression analysis and time series modeling/forecasting techniques (ARIMA, ETS, Holt-Winters method)

Leaded development of artificial intelligence features for real-time tracking events system.

Projects:
— Anomaly Detector. Developed smart anomaly detection system for real-time streaming data flow (7+ billons events per day)
— Metrics correlation system. Developed model for recognizing similar patterns in application monitoring system (100 000+ metrics)
