I began my journey as a Science student, driven by curiosity and a love for learning. After earning my MBA in Marketing, I made an unconventional choice: I decided to build a career in Human Resources. Why HR? Because I believe in finding purpose in everything I do - in work that sparks joy and aligns not only with my own values but also with the goals and dreams of those I work with. For the last 14 years, I have dedicated myself to this philosophy. Each day, I’ve worked to create meaningful experiences at workplace. This belief has also led me to make bold choices from making career pivots to welcoming new roles and assignments across organisations and industries. Working with multiple companies across sectors helped me build perspective & valuable experiences: leading transformative projects, from large-scale system migrations, culture transformation and competency frameworks to OD interventions and DEI projects across the globe. During this time, I also had the opportunity to build and lead teams from scratch and work alongside brilliant leaders who have shaped my own leadership style. My career has taken me across JAPA, EMEA, and LACC regions, where I’ve worked with both established and fast-paced organizations. I’ve built cross-functional teams that delivered award-winning mentoring and coaching programs & helped employees realise their career goals. I’ve also developed skills’ strategies and leveraged AI for learning and capability ahead of other industry players. I am passionate about Leadership & Capability development, Talent management, Performance enablement, Learning insights & Analytics, Culture building & OD and DEI. I love building from the scratch & bringing everyone together in the journey of talent and capability integration with business strategy. Experience has taught me that talent isn’t defined by labels, or positions but by intent and purpose. Good talent can be found anywhere, and I am committed to seeking out, and nurturing such individuals. Many of my ex-team members are leading big portfolios and functions today & have grown both professionally and personally. I am driven by: doing work that matters, keeping things simple, and upholding integrity and dignity at all times. Outside of work, I find joy in practicing yoga, reading, traveling, and writing travel memoirs on my blog, Life on Weekends. These interests keep me grounded and continually inspired.
