meeting minimum admission requirements. 
• Liaises between FIU and PBSC and MDC by coordinating and facilitating transition or major specific workshops for students and PBSC’s college advisors such as Meet & Greet and General Information, Group Advising (various majors) and Transition to FIU
• Maintain knowledge of PBSC’s transfer policies, as well as best practices in academic advising, 
transfer credit, transfer student support, etc. 
• Attends and/or present at Connect4Success and other transfer-related events 
• Oversees the Bridge Advisors to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner

Transfer Coordinator III/Bridge Advisor

Provide academic advising for students in a set of specific majors in an academic college  in support of those student's academic success  (particularly measured by retention and on-time graduation). 
Maintains advising records and confidential student records. 
Proactively manages a caseloads of advisees utilizing a suite of electronic advising tools in order to support Student's identfication of an appropriate major and their retention and on-time graduation in that major.
