Mentor the Young is a comprehensive mentorship initiative aimed at the professional, entrepreneurial, and personal development of young people. This program blends one-on-one mentorship with group events, online training, and business simulations to offer a multifaceted experience.

Throughout the program, my focus was on enhancing soft skills like time management, habit creation, and prioritization. I also engaged in marketing activities for my publishing house and other businesses.

Ruepoint is a global media intelligence company that specializes in providing monitoring, measurement, and consultancy services to the public relations and communications sectors. My responsibilities as an intern included:

- Conducting topic research and keyword analysis to inform content strategy and optimization
- Developing personalized content to support the personal brands of Ruepoint employees
- Creating engaging content for Ruepoint's blog and LinkedIn page
- Designing creative materials for various marketing initiatives

Additionally, I played a role in event planning and content planning, gaining valuable experience in project coordination and strategic communication.

This internship allowed me to develop a comprehensive skill set in content creation and brand strategy, providing a strong foundation for my career in marketing.

Working at Sixty K Ltd as a Customer Support was a vital part of my life and work experience. It taught me how to handle client correspondence properly and helped me build the confidence, communication skills, and organization skills needed to execute the tasks given.

EasyPay AD is a private company providing payment services through a network of more than 2500 offices across Bulgaria.

My favourite thing about working as an EasyPay cashier was the trust I got to build with customers for understanding their needs, being able to handle their problems and provide fast and efficient service. This job was pleasant and truly rewarding for me.

Mussala Insurance Broker is an insurance company ranked among the top 10 brokers in Bulgaria (of more than 350).

Having little experience and knowledge about the industry, starting on this position was challenging for me. However, I was highly motivated to push through and outdo myself, and it was least to say rewarding. Not only did it boost my proactivity and organization skills, but I also gained a good grasp on persuasion, networking and sales.

As an Insurance Broker, I played to my strengths and focused on winning clients for our local office, providing them with the best deals, thus building rapport over time and enhancing the office's results significantly.

I worked with children of ages 7-13 and had over 30 consistent students during the above stated time period.

Working with children taught me patience, empathy, resistance and so much more. Being a tutor was my first serious long-term job after I graduated from high school and it helped me truly understand the meaning of hard work and consistency: staying until late preparing lessons, researching for hours and hours for methods, activities and games that I can implement in my class sessions, constantly communicating with parents to report progress, and so on. 

I focused on developing my students' soft skills through the use of English and aimed to inspire their passion for learning the language. Creativity and authenticity were the top traits that helped me achieve this and bridge the gap between teacher and student, thus becoming truly connected. To this day I am extremely proud of my students and, of course, of myself, for being able to handle so many things at once and for giving my best in all of them.
