Expert in digital and tech transformation, I have been supporting international companies for 20+ years in defining and implementing innovative strategies, combining Digital, AI, IT, and Cybersecurity with the transformation of organizational models to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Currently a Client Partner at Valtech for Louis Vuitton, I lead the teams responsible for the development and support of the Maison's commerce platforms (annual revenue: €20B): the global e-commerce site and retail systems. I am transforming this complex and international organization, spread across 3 delivery centers (France, Ukraine, and India), into a scaled Agile model with AI-centric services delivery to ensure operational excellence, service quality, and accelerated innovation for the world's largest luxury brand. Before this, I led major transformations: Sodexo: Deployment of the digital and data strategy to accelerate the shift towards a B2C model, overseeing global digital governance (50 countries), experience design, product teams, and the group digital factory. Crédit du Maroc: Led the digital transformation during the Covid crisis, modernization of the banking IT system, and redesign of the bank's operational model, including an overhaul of the distribution model. GAC-Sofinco (China): Industrialization of the IT system, design of end-to-end digital customer journeys, and optimization of back-office operations efficiency and customer service centers.
