Client Delivery Specialist

Main responsibilities

• Service Delivery 

- Prepare, execute, check, analyze and interpret energy budgets, delivered cost reports and other bespoke reports for our clients to agreed standards 
- Ensure a timely, complete and accurate acquisition of all necessary inputs for reporting requirements 
- Analyze and interpret formal energy supply contractual documents 
- Perform extensive quality control prior to reports delivered to our clients 
- Execute action plans and projects in order to continuously improve our systems to adapt to changes in energy markets and their regulations 

• Stakeholder Management 

- Work closely with Client Management / Sourcing/Solutions / Data Team / ACT / IT and other internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients 
- Contact external stakeholders for inputs required for our reports (suppliers, distributors)
- Own and develop business processes to the highest standards of efficiency, control and accuracy 
- Participate in market research further developing  knowledge in energy market and their regulation
