Responsible for complete demand & supply planning for spare parts for all models of coffee vending machines & also planning timely dispatches of spares from main stores to all local stores of north considering the lead times. Ensuring safety stock availability in all local stores of North at all times in order to meet service requirements. Logistics & inventory planning for all spares required in regular servicing of coffee vending machines.
Getting spare parts indents placed on time for all branches for getting them dispatched timely from main stores at HO.
Spare coordination among branches when main stores is out of stock for a particular spare.

Assistant Manager - Demand planning

Responsible for ensuring all spare parts related processes are followed across all branches in North. Ensuring timely return of defective spare parts & ensuring inventory build up less than 2% for all branches were main key responsibility areas.
Making service managers aware about the benefits of timely workorder updation in the service software - MSD. Training technicians on proper workorder filling procedures & giving feedback to HO regarding workorder format updation.
