Roles and Responsibilities

• BAU includes Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Market Research, Brainstorming, Gap Analysis, User Story & Use Case creation, BRDs, presentation, tracking & reporting
• Involve in Product Roadmap Creation.
• Manage the product backlog.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Validate the work done at the end of a sprint.
• Participate in various meetings with main stakeholders, UX team, development team like Scrum Grooming, Scrum Sprint Planning, Scrum Sprint Review.
• Working closely with Product Manager & Business team to create the product road maps/strategy.
• Worked closely with the Development & QA team, doing Product Management, conducting regular backlog grooming and monitoring the project roadmap
• Create, prioritize and assign work items to team members.
• Review functional and non-functional requirements.
• Actively involved in designing and implementing of Product Development Process. 
• Work experience using Microsoft Office suite, Team Foundation Server (TFS), SharePoint, Process & Task Mining, RPA Tools(UiPath, AA, TruBot, AE, AssistEdge) etc.
• Gather requirements and prioritize business needs, translate these into clear and descriptive product requirements, work closely with the product development organization in shaping and testing new releases, and with consumers.
• Continuous interaction with the Internal/External teams on projects aspects through emails, Teams, Skype calls, Google sheets etc.
• Bridging the gap between client and Product development team such as Technical teams, QA Teams, Product Manager etc.
• Identify and propose continuous improvement (CI) opportunities within processes.
• Create and manage bug report / Customer feedback Sheet.
• Analysing & Creating RCA report.

Work closely with Technical Lead for understanding the functional and technical design
Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components
Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
