Seeing the big picture of things and understanding how various pieces of the puzzle fit together most efficiently is a huge interest of mine. I have a key interest in data and how it effects business process development, product and project development and the management of relationships across an organization and its partners and clients. My most impactful professional experience has been that of wearing many hats both client-facing and internal-facing as an organization grows from a handful of employees to raising funding and expanding to a multi-tiered, mature organization. I've worked with clients, managed projects as an individual contributor and managed multi-faceted teams, worked on sales-facing projects and demoed for massive organizations, presented webinars and program launches to audiences ranging from a single executive to 5,000+ employees of a Fortune 3 company, filled out technical documentation and answered RFPs for highly regulated companies, as well as work directly with developers to solve ongoing pain points and design/consider product enhancements to solve product needs. If it helps sell a software, support a software or create success within client relations and/or clients' SAAS programs then I've incredible hands-on experience working with the world's largest and most impressive companies. I'm an SME related to all things employee advocacy, social selling and sales enablement, employer branding and social recruiting.
