I used to follow my heart and passion,. Though I was average in studies, I love to do things that I enjoyed. My passion and zeal lead me to pursue my career in Tourism and Travel, I am confident about my decade long (15+ years) experience and expertise. My area of expertise is inbound and domestic sales and operations to handle foreign agents / clients and always getting good feedback from clients especially foreign nationals. These feedbacks are enhancing my work experience and provide me clear insight of clients' needs and wants. I used to work with some of the leading Destination Management Companies whose aim and mission broaden my vision and enhance my growth. To learn about various domains inside the tourism industry, I spent my 6 years in domains like B2B, B2C, Domestic tour, Outbound Tour, Hotel B2B sales, etc. For brief period of time, I also took part in promotional activities on behalf of company. Though I am introvert, But I am keen listener and amid team player, make the workplace more lively. I love to help people around usually my colleagues, friends and relatives, though I have less, I try to help people in my own capacity. This make me feel more satisfied and being grounded. I don't think of me as a leader but usually motivate people to learn and make their lives better.
