Our primary objective is to streamline the process of live events, making it hassle-free. We have specifically crafted our all-in-one platform to assist organizations in effortlessly promoting their events, enhancing audience engagement, and ultimately boosting ticket sales. By bringing people together to share their shared interests and enthusiasm, we aim to foster a sense of community and passion.

Yesterday, we tried something different at Ticket9 

Instead of our usual monthly department-wise reviews, we ran an internal assessment with a twist.

We founders prepared a bunch of questions, covering everything from tech, marketing, sales, post-sales support, finance, risk handling, product, scenarios and ask each team member had to pick one totally random question..

The interesting part?

Most of them got questions outside their domain.

And that’s exactly what we wanted.

Because in a startup:
Every department is connected. Every answer matters. Every perspective counts.

This activity helped the team:

Understand Ticket9 not just from their seat, but from every angle

2. Learn how one decision affects the entire product
3. Build cross-functional clarity and confidence!

We have always had monthly meetups with each department but today’s exercise hit differently.
