Responsible for developing customer relationships and expanding those relationships by providing excellent customer service while building portfolio and earning potential. Negotiating and closing successful business deals ranging from 50k to 1M accounts in all of Texas school regions and United States.
▪Partnering with schools in Texas and schools in the United States on intervention systems that help schools improve student outcomes and eliminates learning loss through a holistic approach using assessment, analytics, and live-small group, high impact tutoring tier 2 instruction.
▪ Built key relationships with Superintendents, Chief Academic officers, and School Administrators to establish new partnerships and introduce K-12 educators to other supplemental resources.
▪ Coordinated trade shows, product trainings, and regional workshops to warm up cold
markets and build on existing relationships.
▪ Troubleshooted any customer learning curves by tying their existing strategies into the
recommended products.
▪ Reviewed annual metrics and identified personal goals and targets to achieve sales plan

▪ Introduced and leverages the rollout of marketing campaigns and promotions to K-12
school districts.
▪ Established mutually beneficial partnerships within the region by engaging in collaborative conversations with instructional leaders to uncover individual educational goals

 Account Executive Manager

Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD

Manages a monthly caseload of over 40-50 students. Provides tech support, troubleshooting, and student advisement for kindergarten to 12th grades (including technology training for parents of students) in a vast school district. 
▪Provides training in Basic Computer Literacy to over 800 parents and students within seven (7) years of teaching. Over 90% of students had no proficiency with computers or technology at the beginning of the school year. 
▪Uses ZENDESK to track student progress data on programs. Identified lowest percentile of students that needed more support. Setup small group activities and virtual study sessions to improve scores. Shares data with other teachers to help during professional development and best practices for student retention. 
▪Responds to all student inquiries and/or concerns over the phone each day, conducted verbal and email conversations to ensure academic progress. Uses Google Voice when making 50+ calls to families. 
▪Administer best practices and ensuring proactive learning with state standards for highest academic achievement using rigorous educational communication skills.
▪Focus student goal setting on academic skill-building to enhance success proficiency.
▪Collaborate with administration and team to advance students development while improving lesson delivery.
▪Advance literacy skills by studying student data to set appropriate, achievable goals for students
▪Responsible for designing, creating, sharing, and collaborating cross functionally to increase curriculum effectiveness. Incorporated a multimedia approach to develop trainings.
