I started my YouTube channel in 2012 and I became more serious with my work in September 2014. From the start of 2020, I introduced a new format of my content, with a multilingual greeting for all my videos as an approach to connect with more viewers from all around the world. Also, I become a lot more confident and comfortable in front of the camera now compared to the 15-year-old me back in 2014. I look forward to more collaborations with other fellow content creators globally.
SInce I am running this channel alone, I have acquired the necessary skills for PR, filming, editing and marketing throughout the experience. I am able to secure story coverage through "cold-calling" other parties.

I have carried out schedule of condition surveys for private clients in the residential and commercial sectors including New Look and London Central Portfolio. 

I have also been the key assistant for chartered surveyors in terms of project management and measured surveys for corporate clients such as The Jockey Club and The Arch Company.

A temporary contract at JRP's largest department - Public Sector Regeneration (PSR). The work features stock surveys of the large council estates in the London Borough of Haringey, Brent and Enfield.

The duties of this role include (but are not limited to):
- Understanding the age of properties and the typical architectural features of the era dated.
- Carrying out stock condition surveys using the mobile software Pocket Surveys.
- Making direct contact with occupants of surveyed properties for enquiries and making appointments for visiting the properties.

My role at Quantem also doubled up as a leading member of the company's business development and marketing team.

My mission is to advise and launch a new marketing approach to improve the company's reputation and outreach on social media. This is done by steering the company away from the old stigmas and stereotypes of the construction industry.

This opportunity allows me to exercise my creativity and social media strategies with a multi-platform approach such as YouTube, Tiktok and LinkedIn for the best outcome.

My main duty is to maintain a healthy and social atmosphere among the society as well as to promote our work and activities within the student community of Reading University. I host regular social activities for members as well as non-members to create a friendly and welcoming environment, although it is a challenge due to the government's lockdown policy. I am also the middle person to contact and to link up different parties and societies for collaboration and stories coverage - which contributes to our good publicity and credibility within the university and beyond. This is an extension of my previous role as the marketing officer as it provides me with an insight into how story coverages and other opportunities can be secured in media.

My duty is to promote the content we make at RUTV within the university community for a high level of student engagement. My role is particularly challenging this year due to the virus situation, meaning that I have to focus on virtual marketing campaigns to comply with the public health guidelines. I would also be responsible for finding and contacting sponsors for financial support for the operation of the TV station.

I also looked after the residents’ wellbeing, directing those suffering from mental illnesses to the appropriate individuals for treatments.

I was the secretary and social rep of Reading Uni TV (RUTV) during my 2nd year of study at the university.

My job objective is to create an effective video marketing campaign to promote a toy product to a US-based retail client.

Skills demonstrated:
1. Consistent communication with my team throughout the project to ensure a client-oriented campaign via zoom meetings and whatsapp. 
2. Being able to film, edit and deliver a 2-minute-long promotional video to the client - showing no signs of panic while working under a tight schedule
3. Organising a 1-day video shoot with 2 child actors and direct them according to the script 
4. Showing respect and care towards my team members, especially when filming outdoor under 35-degree heat.
5. Maintaining a peaceful working environment and resolving disputes in order to work towards our common goal
6. Obeying the terms and conditions when working with a prototype product which is yet to be launched.

A 1-day visit to One Bishopsgate Plaza at 140-150 Bishopsgate, a 320-million, mixed-use development project by LendLease with 237 hotel rooms and 160 residential units near Liverpool Street Station. It was a good opportunity to develop my health & safety knowledge and awareness at construction sites, with a first-person look at large scale project, understanding the group dynamics within the construction and
consulting team at Alinea and LendLease. I also had some civilised discussions with employees about building materials for skyscrapers and the industry’s future.

Determined, passionate and multi-cultural. These are the 3 traits that set me apart from the rest. My strive for continuous self-development will get me where I want to be in life. 

I am currently studying for an MSc in real estate during the week. I make videos about cars at weekends. I look forward to joining a commercial real estate consultancy upon graduation in 2024 and becoming chartered by late 2027.

My ultimate life goal is to become a successful commercial surveyor with international outreach and my very own TV or online show about my passion for properties and cars. 

This dream of mine keeps me energised and working hard every day.
