I help in building business experiences in a simulated environment. 

In one of the most recent events few of the milestones that was achieved-
• Treasure hunt for 764 participants was conducted by 20 people all at the same time.
• Online trading simulation was conducted with Google sheets and glide (no code).
• We had a simulation of 4 hours in the finals and it had created using concepts like resource allocation, planning, trading, negotiation, etc.

It wasn’t all smooth.

Here are 3 mistakes I’d avoid if I did it again:

1️⃣ 𝗟𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵
When you’re bootstrapped, every salary is a bet.
Bad hires cost more than an empty seat.
Fix: Clearer role definitions before posting a job, a tighter interview scorecard, and AI tools like Goodfit to screen candidates faster without increasing HR headcount.  

2️⃣ 𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁
We used to “throw people in” thinking they’d figure it out.
Fix: How we got better: Used our in-house LMS to standardize onboarding so every new SDR had the same first-week experience, instead of being left lost in Notion.

3️⃣ 𝗡𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻
We only started tracking engagement & performance way too late.
Fix: How we got better: We tracked performance weekly, paired every new SDR with a buddy, and plugged in AI tools to give instant call feedback instead of waiting for manager reviews.    

What changed?
- Clearer role definitions before posting a job
- Structured onboarding that ensured employees aren’t left feeling lost and confused
