If you’re a business leader, you know the way business really works can be complicated. That’s why I’m here for you on LinkedIn. I talk about ways that leaders can focus on better leadership, operations, systems and management. Hi, I’m Yehoshua Levine, and I’m an entrepreneur. I’ve been working with small businesses since 2011 to help them design new products. And along the way, I’ve learned a lot of about how business really works. It’s not some textbook idea of how it works — I talk about how business really works. I talk about how business really works when your company has repeatable systems to produce your products/services. Your customers already have expectations for your company and brand. You want them to come back and buy again. But without repeatable systems, it’s hard to do that. If you hire someone new, they don’t know YOUR way of producing your product unless they have YOUR SYSTEM to follow. Also, when hiccups happen in your operations — and they inevitably will — you need business systems to make sure your results focus on your promises. I talk about how business really works when you put each person in the right role. Business systems have different roles, and you need to find the people who are the right fit for each role. But that’s not enough. Your company needs to train them for your company’s own way of doing the work. You need to supervise for them to follow your company’s system successfully. And you need to motivate them by knowing the purpose of how their work helps your customers’ lives. I talk about how business really works when your product is designed for the rest of your business. It’s not enough to be a good idea. Rather, you need a product that can fit a marketing funnel. You need systems that can deliver more of your product as your orders get bigger. The financials of your product need to make sense over the time period you’re thinking about. I talk about how business really works when you realize that the role you choose in the economy depends on your mindset. If you're a business leader, then you know the path to new revenue is through marketing, and you connect everything in your business to how you can sell it.
