CUNY University Student Senate

I have been selected to replace the resigning delegate and transition from my role as alternate delegate. I welcome the new responsibilities and will continue to serve and advocate for CUNY students to the best of my abilities.

Delegate

In May 2020, I was elected to serve as one of Baruch College's two Alternate Delegates to the CUNY University Student Senate. In this role, I will be advocating for the needs of current and prospective CUNY students by working alongside the Senate, administration, and local politicians to enact change.

President

•	Create and broadcast events, photos and opportunities on Facebook, Instagram, and Stories in order to maximize total reach 
•	Coordinate marketing efforts with other interns and on-campus clubs
•	Increased KPI’s, adding 150+ followers and expanding reach by up to 200-300 per post

Marketing Intern

Vice President of Marketing

•	Recruit Jewish students to Hillel Club events and services through direct contact and networking
•	Track student engagements and participation utilizing Excel

Engagement Intern

•	Photographed Hillel events and broadcast to social media platforms to increase awareness and engagement
•	Organized and managed photos using Dropbox, identified photos to be sent to Hillel sponsors

Photo and Video Intern

HASC - The Hebrew Academy for Special Children, Inc.

•	Cared for children ages 7-21 in a residence for children with developmental disabilities.
•	Supported children in advancing towards meeting pre-established goals through prompts.
•	Provided personal care and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Direct Support Professional

Hand in Hand

•	Provided coaching to a 15-year-old girl with autism to improve social and adaptive living skills.
•	Ensured smooth transitioning between home, school, and community settings.
•	Implemented strategies to enable the teen to handle stressful social situations and facilitate independence.

Proud Moments

•	Provided ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to a 10 year old autistic boy in a day camp setting.
•	Implemented a care plan and reinforcement system to foster social integration
•	Helped consumer to better understand his behavior and its consequences through discussions and reasoning
•	Monitored and tracked behaviors, and responses to positive reinforcement.
