American Ford recognized my potential and brought me on board to create a comprehensive CRM system. This role allowed me to gain expertise in Sales, Service, and Parts departments. Despite the dealership's unfortunate closure, I transitioned to ADP (CDK) as a field representative. This phase exposed me to the vibrant community of Truck and Bus Dealerships, where I forged valuable connections. During a critical juncture, Elk River Ford brought me on board to navigate an urgent situation. I spearheaded the company's progress and played a pivotal role in supporting an extensive Business Development Center (BDC). Fast forward 15 years, it became apparent that the Automotive IT sector had undergone a transformation, with companies increasingly absorbing internal IT roles only to later outsource them. My fervor lies in addressing the pressing need to unite automotive IT in a secure, collaborative, and ethical manner. It's my aspiration to foster a cohesive environment that caters to this industry's IT requirements while upholding the values of teamwork and integrity.
