-	Participated and achieved BCA award for Innovation in Construction, a result of introducing diamond-cut pile head to reduce sound pollution and introduction of re-useable precast concrete paver for construction access.

Sembawang Infrastructure (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a company within  Punj Lloyd Group.

Steering initiatives towards introducing precast technology into India construction industry and setting up of precast concrete plants to serve building projects in India. Reporting to the Managing Director.

 Managing Tenders worth about USD 150 Million.
 Examine the taxation structure in India with respect to Income Tax, Sales Tax, Works Contract Tax, Service Tax, Import/Custom Duties etc. to derive the best-fit procurement and contractual arrangement for the company.
 Pivotal in formulating plans for Project Quality and Site Safety, HRD Policies.
 Ensuring implementation of ISO 9000 Standard at the project site.
 Guiding teams with initial inputs during design stage on method of construction as well as value
engineering to ensure on time execution and as per budgeted parameters.
