A recent Gallup Study indicates that many employees are either disengaged from work or are quitting their jobs. Many are calling this the "Great Resignation", "The Great Reshuffle", and other similar terms.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family. We were all sat down at a young age and encouraged to start our own ventures.  

My mom sat me down and said “We need to provide something of value to someone else who is willing to pay for that value. Most kids your age start their entrepreneurship with lemonade stands” 

“Wow!” I thought to myself, “If all the other kids were already selling lemonade, what value could I add?” 

That is when I got creative and found a way to help those kids increase and grow their businesses by selling “add-on” snack items.

I share this story to illustrate just how deep my desire for others' success and creating win-win-win partnerships goes. 

My name is Yermi Kurkus, I work as a Business Strategy Partner and I can help in one of two ways. 

A) We have “add-on” programs that coaches, consultants, and program coordinators can offer to their existing or new clients and audience members through value-add partnerships. 

B) We partner up with business owners to come up with strategies that will help them work smarter in business and ultimately give them more free time to spend with their families or however they wish.
