I quit my last 'real' job 3 years ago. Instead of working for others, I've decided to use my experiences and talents to help other women find their voice. Because I believe alone you go faster, but together we can go further. When I moved to Treviso from Boston, I left behind an illustrious career in innovation and became at worst a nobody, at best someone’s wife. I found myself introducing who I used to be, clinging to old job titles. But do you know how sad it is to talk about yourself in the past tense. "I used to be the VP of Innovation.." That's when I vowed to identify myself to something bigger than a job title that a company can give and take away at any given moment, something more profound that explains who I am - not what I do. After a sabbatical, I settled on an identity that was uniquely me, that nobody else could lay claim to. I was, and still am, a SERENDIPITY ENGINEER. This perhaps was the beginning of my journey into personal branding, a tool that liberated me from imposter syndrome. It was an asset that helped me rebuild and pivot my consulting career into web3 and tech for good. It was the impetus to start the Ripples Talent Agency, which bridges the gender gap on thought leadership.
