    - Manage the entire product roadmap: from forming the product strategy to communication of product launching with cross functional stakeholders and senior executives.
    - Establish the product lifecycle with different product functions, including version control, design flow, quality assurance, and customer feedback loop.
    - Defining user profiles and target market segmentation to accurately position the launched product in the market; create product value propositions. 
    - Explore the user’s pain points and develop features with the tech scrum team to improve product and user experience. The scope includes the core engine of AutoML and user interface.

COBINHOOD, Ltd.

Participated in all stages in product development, from research, product proposition, product planning, developing and launch. Built the product for blockchain with brilliant user experience.
    - Planned & delivered multiple to-C products based on internal built DEXON Blockchain, including wallet apps / extensions, blockchain explorer, crypto faucet, and mining tool.

Product Manager (DEXON foundation)

- Product owner of exchange mobile Apps with 100k+ downloads; responsible for steady product iteration and improvements based on data metrics.
    - Co-operated with backend, algorithm, frontend, and mobile engineers to develop and launch margin-trading features in 1 month.
    - Kept iterating cryptocurrency exchange, including 3rd-party market info integration and fiat payment service.

Developed blockchain mobile applications in scrum team.
    - Developed the Android app for the cryptocurrency exchange in a team of 2 with Kotlin.
    - Built a cross-platform crypto wallet App using React Native in a team of 3.

Senior Android Engineer

- Focused on mobile application development, including ASUS Browser app, bug report auto-generating tool for Android OS compilation, and an app for sales management.
- Supported multiple software projects, including the text auto-classifier, build keywords dictionary by crawling news websites, and a micro-service for sharing data on Microsoft Azure storage.

- Studied advertising associated academic papers, including real-time bidding system and CTR/CPC improving.
- Provided advises for the tech team to build the bidding strategy.

iSAFE Technology, Inc.

- Responsible for customized Android OS porting on the vehicle computer, including duo-cameras and CAN Bus.
- Developed Android Apps for function testing, demo applications, and ODM projects.

- Designed the algorithm applied on auto-complete keywords recommendation in a team of 3.
- Be scrum master and lead the group of 5 won the first prize of the innovation competition among all interns.
