​I am a cancer survivor turned health coach for high performing men. When I was 19, I was diagnosed with Stage IV Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The tumor was the size of a large russet potato lodged right next to my heart. While I was going through this I was in school studying kinesiology and playing for the varsity football team of my university. I knew a lot about nutrition, exercise, and healthy living but at the time I wasn't quite sure how to use them to help myself in my condition. This led me down a journey of finding out how I can heal myself from both the cancer and the treatments so that I can one day live a healthy life. The things that I learned not only helped heal my body from 3 years of chemotherapy and two stem cell transplants, but they also allowed me to rebuild my physique better than it was before. I know first hand what it is like to lose control of your health, but I also know the freedom of getting that control back. Now I am on a mission to help other men improve their health so that they can perform at the highest level in their lives. When you neglect your health, it affects your ability to perform in your business/career.
