•	Launched cross selling initiatives that increased our partner product pipeline by 300% in 2023.
•	Created our GTM outbound initiatives with G2, Zoominfo and Sales Navigator that yield 200% increase in outbound opportunities for NORAM team
•	My team averaged an 80% conversion rate for inbound opportunities and a 30% conversion rate for top of funnel opportunities.
