NetFortris

Promoted to Executive Vice President of Global Sales and full time Channel Chief in January 2018, I drove revenue growth, global sales strategy design, and channel program for North America, APAC and Japan. I reported directly to the CEO and represented Sales in board meetings. 
Netfortris and Fonality merged in February 2017 following the debt acquisition by Spire Capital Partners. I led the Fonality sales organization through the due diligence period and transition of two unique company cultures and portfolios. 
NetFortris provided business communications with the proprietary Fonality software: UCaaS, CCaaS, UC&C, Network Aggregation, SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, Secure WIFI, and other Managed Services options. 

Executive leadership responsibilities with Fonality/NetFortris:
*Created the Channel Growth Strategy and Partner Development programs
*Conceived and built our Account Management Group to drive product/services adoption and a higher wallet share.
*Developed and implemented our annual sales compensation plans.
*Created strategic, measurable Sales KPIs and Performance metrics to align to company growth targets
*Led and managed as many as 50 Geo-Diverse Direct Enterprise, Channel and Account
Management sales reps, Directors and VPs
*Led the Sales and Marketing growth efforts as two teams work together for one purpose.

Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Channel Chief

In 2013, I was promoted to SVP of Global Sales with Fonality, executing successfully on aggressive UCaaS growth plans, revenue goals and channel strategy. At the same time, I also directly managed our Enterprise Sales organization where we were able to significantly increase our close ratios and lead generation ROI. 
The changing landscape of business models from one-time PBX purchases to recurring SaaS revenue provided a great opportunity to develop our partner base and help them transition. Our teams advised and assisted hundreds of partners and value-added resellers make the switch successfully.
After joining Fonality in 2007, I was promoted five times and developed numerous national accounts (Kyocera, Dell, Ricoh, PC Mall, Computer Troubleshooters, Tech Data and Ingram Micro), international strategic partnerships (Rakuten) and successful Sales Leaders that have become valuable leaders across the industry. I thrive on the personal growth of our employees and partners.
Fonality developed game changing VoIP products lines with trixbox Pro and PBXtra. Heads Up Display (HUD) remains the mainstay of the UCaaS and CCaaS user experience.
