I am Product Manager and Solution Architect with 20 years of experience in Fintech. I’ve worked for some of the leading software vendors in the payments domain, filling a key role in large scale transformation programs helping clients to transition from their legacy software to new platforms, as well as in greenfield projects, scoping and defining new products from the planning stage, through development and all the way to product launch. Having worked for 2 market-leading payments-hub vendors, on projects with the world’s largest payment processing banks, I possess unparalleled knowledge about core banking, payment processing, and the workings of payment engines. This encompasses payment receipt from retail channels as well as corporate files, payment validation activities, dating and scheduling, orchestration of payment processing stages and their integration with systems - core banking system and ledgers, Fx, fees and billing, AML and sanctions, creating posting using complex accounting models involving multiple internal accounts. I have deep knowledge of all payment types and schemes: RTGS, Correspondent banking, clearing systems, instant payments, and cards. I led implementations of payment systems including SWIFT, TARGET2, SEPA (CT and DD), Faster Payments, BACS, Mastercard, and others. I understand the technical aspects of the software development lifecycle, which allows me to be very effective in bridging the gap between business and engineering stakeholders, as well as engaging with C suite, enterprise architects, and business unit managers. I have operated at these levels in a variety of activities ranging from pre-sales engagements, workshops, demonstrations, partnerships, and go-live.
