In this position, i'm working directly with the Holding Company's Chief Digital Officer to ensure smooth digital transformation & strategic initiatives planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation across group-wide companies. Covering insurance, rental, dealership, auction, distributor, & multifinance industry. With main responsibilities as stated but not limited to : 
▪ Orchestrate and accelerate digital transformation program of the Holding & Operating Companies in various areas related to strategic, digital, & business transformation.
▪ Leveraging latest technologies or partnership with digital players/ start-ups to optimize and enhance business process (Top-line and bottom-line performance, business process re-engineering, customer experience, decision-making, sales funnel, etc)
▪ Design, develop, and conduct People and enterprise cultural transformation related program to support corporate digital transformation.
▪ Develop & Streamline Group Wide Digital Transformation program, Enterprise Strategic roadmap, & Digital related initiatives.
▪ Facilitate coordination, communication, alignment among top level management and all related stakeholders, including but not limited to BoC, BoD, Shareholders, Senior management, IT & Developer, vendor,  involved divisions, and PICs across HolCo & OpCos.
▪ Monitor, evaluate, & report the implementation metrics and progress carried out by project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, on-time and on-budget completion.
▪ Collaborate with group-wide management and project team in solving any issues or roadblocks related to digital transformation & strategic initiatives.

Digital Transformation & Strategic Initiatives Deputy Department Head

Upon Management Trainee Program Completion of MPM Young Talent Program and selected as the Best Trainee of the year. I was assigned as a Digitalization Specialist (Digital Strategic Initiatives & Transformation Section Head). In this particular role, my main responsibility is to orchestra and accelerate company's group-wide strategic initiatives in Digital Transformation, covering insurance, rental, dealership, auction, distributor, & multifinance industry. And other responsibilities including but not limited to :
▪ Develop and streamline digital roadmap at HoldCo & OpCos covering process digitalization, business process improvement, marketing analytics, digital product, brand recognition, Customer Satisfaction, and organizational development.
▪ Collaborate with OpCo’s Management to conduct Business Process Re-engineering, Market Research, NPS improvement, System Analysis, Product Development, Digital initiatives Implementation-Monitoring-and Control, & finishing numerous high-value projects that can make a real difference to the company's growth to ensure smooth Digital initiatives & Transformation Project implementation and Sustainability.
▪ Facilitate coordination, communication, and alignment among stakeholders, including BoC, BoD, senior management, & all involved divisions and PICs at Holding and operating companies.

Digitalization Specialist (Digital Initiatives Management Office Section Head)

MPM Young Talent Program is a group-wide acceleration program to create leaders across our myriad of industries. Along the program, i held the responsibility as a Corporate Management Associate and get extensive exposure to different operation companies (subsidiaries) and work functions through actual work and project experiences, mentoring. coaching, and in-class training to develop leadership and technical proficiencies. During this program I was given a thorough exposure from various department and subsidiary, led various of interesting projects, and realizing some of my ideas that turned to be an impactful project for the company’s growth.

Along the program, I was having the opportunity to lead various projects across operating companies (subsidiaries) and work functions as a project manager. These projects including Digital Transformation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Digital Content  Transformation, Corporate Branding, Supply Chain Optimization, Warehouse Management, etc. I was awarded as the Best Trainee of the year during program completion. My hunger for knowledge during this program also led me to start connecting with various expert in the field that plays a pivotal role in my self development and learning process here at MPM. Having the opportunity to learn from them is a life-changing experience and has made a substantial change in my career vision. It was an amazing 12 months of experiences and I truly cherish every moment I spent in this MPM Young Talent Program.

Corporate Management Associate - Management Trainee

For 2 years, i worked as a Laboratory Assistant in My Faculty Quality Engineering Laboratory. I held the responsibility as the Head of Research and Development Team. Besides teaching students, preparing syllabus, developing laboratory teaching materials, i was also working together with the lecturer for various researches and grants. As an assistant we also doing various community services (PKM) based on our concentration and help factories and community in solving quality problems. Along my 2 years in this laboratory, im successfully bring 3 title for the laboratory :

Head of R&D and Laboratory Research Assistant

PADMA SOODE INDONESIA, PT

Working as an intern in Padma Soode Indonesia’s subsidiary under their Quality Assurance Department. Assisting the QA section head in observing quality related indicators on the Production line using Big Data Analytics and various Quality Engineering Tools. Besides, doing several improvement project for their Production line’s sigma level and working as a project leader on their HSE Initiatives improvement among other intern and trainees. In this opportunity, I was also helping the Factory Team in doing Plant Re-layouting initiative to optimize the production line of the rubber joint parts factory. At the end of my internship i've got total internship score of 9/10.
