Our clients include Unilever, Muller, Loch Lomond Distillery, Yeo Valley, Sofina, Nice Pak, Church & Dwight, etc.

As the marketing manager, I am responsible for developing marketing strategies and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, reporting to directors.

Highlights: 

- Established marketing standard operating procedures and templates for planning, execution, measurement, and budgeting.
- Led the project of website redesign from start to finish, collaborating with management, sales, product teams, and external agencies, leading to YOY performance improvement.
- Supported product portfolio updates and launched the solutions wheel, transforming complicated technical features into easy-to-understand graphics.

My Role: 

- Conduct market research across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia and create an international marketing playbook to drive business growth and customer acquisition globally.
- Develop big rock annual content calendars and write marketing assets, including eBooks, guides, case studies, editorials, newsletters and posts.
- Plan and implement performance marketing campaigns (i.e. Google Search and social media ads) to drive lead generation.
- Establish media buying strategies and liaise with media publications to improve brand share of voice and set up utm parameters to evaluate channel performance.
- Organise trade shows, including project plans and timelines, creatives, collaterals, promotions, measurement and budget management.
- Manage budgets across all performance channels and analysed performance metrics to drive strong ROAS and make data-driven decisions for marketing activities. 
- Support sales in nurturing inbound prospects by creating and implementing CRM strategies to maintain engagement and improve conversion.
