As a passionate professional, I"m always eager to broaden my knowledge. After been given the opportunity to grow and expand my soft- & hard skills, where I've been on an adventure of first doing development work as a developer, and ending up doing interactive customer facing design workshops, I now try to focus spreading this knowledge. I did quite some varied tasks, just a pinch; - Development tasks (going from Dynamics AX development, x++, to .NET development, C#) - Release management/Application lifecycle management - Writing of functional specifications - Customer design workshops, going from draft to formal approved documents. - Architecture-assessment tasks, making interface/hardware/infrastructure setup decisions - Steering/guidance of developers - Leading a project team - Performing quality and performance audits within multiple projects In some projects I had the ability to execute all of them. If I have to name my biggest 'talent', I'd say that it's the fact that I'm a really fast learner, capable of soaking up a lot of knowledge really fast, without being freightened to get lost in something unknown. I like the challenge of learning something new, whereafter I enjoy spreading this knowledge to colleagues, partners & customers. The most important words I was once told by a very good colleague, help me succeed in these stories: "Never be afraid to say what you know, nor be afraid to say that you don't know". My goal is to give and take appreciation, and where possible, recommendation.
