•       With this knowledge, I have learnt to advise applicants on how to improve and next steps for progression
•	Developed my social skills and flexibility when interacting with a range of people
•	Provided me with a sense of control and autonomy, which I can convey within a variety of roles

Lincoln Award

•	This role has allowed me to acknowledge introspective thought and transfer with the knowledge I learnt during my first year to new students joining the University of Lincoln
•	It has allowed me to assist new students into making the most of their degree in addition to advising how they can progress and develop during their time at University 
•	It demonstrated my leadership ability through managing and encouraging my mentees
•	It also taught me to adapt my teaching style to suit each mentee, in addition to understanding the importance of developing a positive rapport

Peer Mentor

Exclusively shadowed the Vice Chancellor of Social Science at the University of Lincoln during my second year at degree level. This included meetings and daily work-related activities. This has improved my ability to establish and sustain a social network with a variety of professionals

Student-staff insight scheme 

This role involved conducting transcranial magnetic stimuli (TMS) in open demonstration to prospective students and families. This role gave me insight into interacting with a range of students in addition to familiarising myself with TMS on the motor cortex

Open Day Assistant

Conducting eye-tracking research on how humans analyse facial expressions with a focus on visual gaze strategy. Supervised by Kun Guo researcher and reader at the University of Lincoln. This research has led to me to independently use MatLab in conjunction with an eye-tracker to achieve data.

Published Neuroscientist in Brain Stimulation and Eye-tracking.
