Liquidity Specialist

At Deutsche Bank, I have helped, supported and got support in order to create an ERG, employee resource Group, called dbENRICH Germany. ENRICH stands for Ethnicity, Nationality, Race, Individuality, Culture and Heritage.
The ERG was created and set up in order to promote and celebrate the variety of cultures within the bank and work towards the most inclusive working space. Promoting safe space, we like to foster awareness on different topics such as racial awareness, discrimination at the workplace, promoting inclusive and safe spaces and last but not least, Allyship. We believe incidentally that these issues are not raised by and for minorities but these are to the contrary for all employees, colleagues, men and women in the workplace, society, world. Especially, if we want to be the most innovative, competitive, creative, performant and well-being, we can only achieve it via better inclusion. 

Diversity is a fact, inclusion is a choice.
