1. Achieved blended UAA - Points KPI"s  120% + per quarter consistently with insights based approach using of Data Studio dashboards, and Pivot Tables. 
2. Trained co-workers on generating and building insights which reduced meeting no-shows by 85-90% each Pod.  
3.. Maintained strong relationships with agency partners and achieved a TCSAT score of 10 across accounts. 
P.S : conducted call blitz sessions which increased meetings by 33%.

3 things that I learned: 

1. No "one-size-fits-all" strategy works. It has to be customized for your Goals. 

2. You must have a Clear North Start Metrics/ OMTM / Goal / KPI and must have ways to measure it. 

3. Keep measuring and Keep Iterating. Always be A/B testing. 


Bonus: For Shitty products, no strategy can give sustainable growth.
