In this capacity, I was responsible for managing the clients relationships, while advising them predominantly on their human resources and COVID-19 related issues. 

I was in charge of the small businesses division, which aims to assist our clients in improving their business performance in terms of human resources, operations, management and strategy.

Senior Consultant

In this capacity I led full life cycle management of multiple HR projects, covering performance management, organisational design, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives. Key contributions include:

- Performed comprehensive analysis of company performance metrics for KMPs and executive teams, such as positions evaluation in line with pay scales. 

- Conducted extensive salary surveys and delivered reports on market competitiveness to support informed decision making. 

- Executed robust corporate governance initiatives by collaborating with Senior Executives and KMPs.

Workforce Consultant - People Advisory Services

Deloitte Australia

In this capacity, I spearheaded the end-to-end management of IFRS implementation project while identifying and addressing client needs in a professional manner. Key contributions include:

- Administered multiple client accounts in the audit and advisory, assessed needs, and proposed effective and results-driven solutions to maximise client satisfaction. 

- Coached and mentored junior team members, identified training needs, and devised plans to optimise productivity. 

- Secured the prestigious title “Graduate Ambassador for effectively promoting Deloitte's Assurance Service across multiple Campuses.

Business Analyst

Commonwealth Bank

In this capacity I streamlined and managed HR functions while collaborating with wide range of internal / external stakeholders. Key contributions include:

- Updated and maintained client database while ensuring strict compliance with confidentially guidelines of business to protect and safeguard vital data. 

- Strengthened lucrative working relationships with key stakeholders through interactive collaboration. 

- Managed highly classified records, and supervised a highly skilled team of 4 staff members to complete national project within predefined deliverables.

Human Resources Advisor (Secondment)

Swinburne University of Technology

As a Study Abroad Advisor, I prepared and delivered engaging presentations and workshops for outbound students to provide guidance on exchange opportunities and campus environment. Key contributions include:

- Conducted detailed analysis of student database for local and international students. 

- Executed impactful plans to promote Swinburne University among international students while organising multiple student events to enhance visibility. 

- Initiated effective social media campaigns to capture audiences’ interest, and delivered several Study Abroad programs tailored for Business students’ needs

That’s how active I’ve been,

on LinkedIn.

Biggest mistake I see?

“post & ghost”

People complaining about lack of engagement on their posts…

when they don’t engage on other posts.

It’s simple:
You can’t expect growth without engaging.

If you’re starting,

no one is reading your content.

So..
What to do?

• optimise profile
• engage with others 
• respond to comments 

Don’t expect their attention if you’re not giving them yours.

This is not the best way to get noticed…

It’s the ONLY way.

Engage more.

Put the “social” in the media.

First impressions matter.

A LOT.

To reflect this…I’ve updated my:

• bio
• shot 
• banner

Everyone is judging you.

Act accordingly.

2. SEARCH FILTERS
——

I used specific terms to connect with others.

Those included:

• “writer”
• “creator”
• “LinkedIn”

We’re networking.

I didn’t use templates or sell in first message.

It’s personal branding.

Make it personal.

3. ENGAGEMENT
——

You have it backwards.

You think creating content will automatically get others to follow them.

Nope.

It doesnt work that way.

You NEED to engage.

I have a list of 100 accounts I engage with…

Every day.

Yes…It’s time-consuming.

But it gives me 3 massive advantages:

• strong connections
• visibility (new followers)
• own engagement (reciprocity)
