In this capacity I led full life cycle management of multiple HR projects, covering performance management, remuneration & HR training initiatives. Key contributions include:

- Presented over 25 incentive plan reports to Board’s Remuneration Committee, and directly influenced decisions on CEO pay, STI frameworks, and retention strategies.

- Delivered 12+ annual benchmarking projects using data from Aon, Mercer, and WTW to inform C-suite pay decisions regarding executive packages to median ASX50 and peer group norms.

- Ensured remuneration reports and disclosures were aligned with best practice and regulatory standards (e.g., Corporations Act, ASIC, ATO).

- Led full life cycle management of multiple HR projects, covering performance management, workforce planning, leadership training and HR transformation initiatives.

In this capacity I streamlined and managed HR functions while collaborating with wide range of internal / external stakeholders. Key contributions include:

- Updated and maintained client database while ensuring strict compliance with confidentially guidelines of business to protect and safeguard vital data. 

- Strengthened lucrative working relationships with key stakeholders through interactive collaboration. 

- Managed highly classified records, and supervised a highly skilled team of 4 staff members to complete national project within predefined deliverables.

In this role, I prepared and delivered several engaging presentations / workshops for outbound students, to provide guidance on exchange opportunities and campus environment. 

Key Contributions:

- Supervised and trained 5 new team members in the department, which in turn led to positive feedback from management and being named a Swinburne Emerging Leader upon graduation. 

- Planned and organised multiple on-campus events to enhance visibility, based on the student database analysis, for both local and international students.

- Coached newly arrived students to support them communicating effectively with others who are from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
