Develop the finished goods forecast for all confectionary demand units which translates into manufacturing plans by partnering with: marketing, supply chain management, supply planning, finance, sales, trade marketing and activity management.

Leads cross functional meetings to ensure key stakeholders provide feedback and updates which could influence finished goods demands. Prepares data and graphs and leads monthly pre-S&OP meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (Channel managers, trade marketing, marketing, KAMs).

Act as facilitator and prepare S&OP presentation for S&OP Step 2 Demand Management Review.

Facilitates meetings to ensure clarity between supply and demand.

Develops new product launch plans (including phase ins and phase outs) with input and collaboration from selling divisions, production, marketing and trade marketing; works with Factories planners for production plan.

Reviews data from various sources to create a finished goods forecast which translates into manufacturing build plans while giving consideration to the following: backorder mitigation, minimization of time finished goods sits in inventory, minimizing finished goods/raw material/subassembly scrap, finished goods safety stock, new product introductions and product phase outs.

Performs as a systems super-user to investigate and recommend system efficiency improvements. Provides training and guidance to new members of the team as well as Regional Demand Planners.

Analyzes the following on a consistent basis to review accuracy, identify trends and capture issues, developing plans of actions based on findings: actual shipments versus the net required forecast plans; finished goods actual results versus the forecast; actual sales versus the forecast

Loads and maintains the demand forecast into the appropriate system.

Prepares various reports as needed which are moderately to highly complex using Excel, Qlickview, Mekko graphics and Power BI.

* Stock availability coordinator (Chocolate and Ice-cream). Inventory planning for optimum stock coverage. Inventory managing,  product levels, expiration dates, and product rotation.
* Daily check of actuals vs. forecast in order to detect gaps.
* Working closely to the factories to meet the 99% service level target. 
* Ensure Effective use of SAP R/3 in planning.
* Closely involved in S&OP process. Link between the local S&OP team and factory production planning team.
* Ensuring NO MISS on customer Demand with keeping CFR within the target limit.
* Manages run-out, discontinued, and obsolete materials within the planning systems.
KPIs: Casefill Rate, Stock coverage, Inventory level and Non Quality Cost.
