Main duties:
- holding the position of Key Recruiter in the IT department
- full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and Job Offer
- mentoring the team of 1 recruiter and 2 sourcers
analyzing the market, gathering and clarifying requirements from American Hiring Managers (Clients, Sales, etc)
- keeping track of metrics (Time per Hire, OAR, reasons for refusals etc ) and creation reports
close cooperation with the CEO and C-level managers in America

Main achievements:
- played a key role in the company’s growth from 20 to 200 employees
- successfully expanded recruitment from Ukraine to European (Poland, Serbia, Moldova) and Latin American countries
- participated in the creation of a strategy for entering company to the new areas (from logistics area, we moved to the Marketing and IT markets)
- OAR increased to 86%

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

- analyzing the market, gathering and clarifying requirements 
- making a job description
- sourcing
- screening
- interviewing (both first and final with client) 
- giving feedbacks and offers

As I came to the company as the first recruiter, I implemented such processes as:
- market analysis for the requested position (which job portals are effective, how many candidates are present and where exactly to look for them, what their price is, what are the difficulties of searching for them);
- creation of competency metrics (Junior/Middle/Senior positions);
- writing a templates for a job descriptions, feedbacks, offers, questions for the interview, flow communication with the candidates; 
- compiling a profile of the ideal candidate, searching solutions for the most effective and longest cooperation, taking into account all the features of the position.

I work with such positions as:
- IT (UI/UX designers, DevOps, SysAdmins, HelpDesks, Front- End Developers,
QA engineers)
- non-IT (Dispatchers, Architects, Civil Engineers, Data Analysts, PM, Marketing
managers, Lead Generation Managers etc.)

Searching platforms: LinkedIn, work.ua, rabota.ua, Djiini, Dou.ua, social media
platforms.
