The solution allows to automate daily processes and synchronize the whole range of teams: admissions, registrar’s office, sales, finance, academics, recruiters, and agents for 42 brands. 2500 employees worldwide use the system on a daily basis.

- Managed Canadian & UK brands, besides launched fixed price projects;

Befront is an international EdTech startup. The platform and brand-new AI plugin for Figma help users advance their design skills with step-by-step tutorials and interactive lessons from scratch. 

My core activities included:
- Conducting market, competitor, customer research to generate product activities, improvements, ideas;
- Creating product vision, organizing and prioritizing product’s roadmap and backlog;
- Supporting all stages of creating minimal viable product from scratch to launch;
- Building wireframes and mockups to make complex things easy and clear;
- Converting product requirements into user stories and tasks;
- Applying agile best practices and processes across the whole product lifecycle;
- Tracking progress, assessing risks, coordinating delivery, accepting the completed works, and actively facilitating communication throughout the team;
- Leading team scrum activities;
- Contributing to clear, consistent, concise user-interface content and notifications on the platform.
