You can't heal in the same environment that caused your trauma - Yunche Wilson Instead of giving you a long winded resume about all my accomplishments, here are 10 things to know about me, my life and my career. 1) I am first generation American, Panamanian descent, my name is Chinese and I was born in Germany 2) 18 year management consultant that specialized in B2B marketing, business development and GTM strategy 3) Worked with Microsoft, Indeed, HP, Hitachi, UpWork and many others to help them generate millions in revenue 4) Spent over 10+ years researching & experimenting in various areas of wellness to understand underlying conditions and core factors related to chronic diseases 5) My wellness journey started when I was 5 months pregnant with my second daughter and I collapsed due to a mock stroke brought on by chronic stress - she was born with the epigenetic marker of that episode 6) My family and I left the U.S. to travel the world in 2018 with just 4 suitcases and 4 backpacks - We bought a one way ticket to Thailand and so far have been to 12 countries 7) Find Your Calm, my self development company, is the culmination of all my years of learning, unbecoming and dedication towards becoming a perpetual student of life - It is the love letter to myself for all the years I spent in chronic stress 8) MedxBay was birthed out of necessity. Finding the right care provider by condition, whether modern or holistic, is so important to good health and well-being - I'm honored to be the founder 9) I have two daughters who are homeschooled/unschooled and am married to a very patient, loving man who is the best travel buddy you could ask for and my absolute best friend 10) Travel and freedom in life are two of my non-negotiables in life - they are part of who I am
