In my new school "Yuri Education Center", I fulfill the positions of Chief Sustainability Officer, Social Impact Director, and educator. Yuri Education Center is an independent educational institution dedicated to promoting active learning methods. Students are immersed in a dynamic learning environment where they gain proficiency in science, sustainability, and English. They are encouraged to identify pressing issues, set achievable goals, and proactively implement solutions. If there is anything that can make this world peaceful and sustainable, that is EDUCATION. I am currently creating a school website. Also, I am committed to a sustainable future by making products (YURINDI) from recycled materials, helping lower-income communities with the sales, and promoting their independence through intermediate care and educational support. My sandal project is a signature project. Durable and fashionable sandals are made from used motorcycle tires and clothes. I am uniting the world with great traditional craftsmanship to help realize a sustainable world. I hold experiential studies and in-depth academic discussions around the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our current emphasis is on helping communities in promptly securing safe water collection through the use of our sustainable protective footwear. Additionally, we provide education on sanitary practices to ensure ongoing water safety. --------------------------- In Nakayoshi Gakuen School, I serve as the Global Section Chief and the Director. In addition to giving medical and food assistance, our mission is to provide educational help by holding our original classes in lower-income communities and encouraging the people to acquire knowledge and become self-reliant. We have been offering cross-border educational programs to anyone who wishes to study including street children, people in refugee camps, and child soldiers. Also, we have taken actions to protect people from natural disasters. We established a disaster prevention school in Goma, DR Congo in 2021 after the volcano eruption to teach them how to deal with disasters. Japanese communities have given us Nakayoshi Gakuen School a lot of used ballet costumes, dresses, and kimonos, which are highly valued. Our goal is to provide education for the people in developing countries to build self-reliance by using these recycled materials and creating jobs. 【 Our philosophy 】 - Love others for yourself. - By bringing joy of learning, we will attain peace and create a sustainable future.
