Principal PM Manager at Microsoft, leading a team of Product Managers focused on Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Additionally, I host the “Defender for Cloud in the Field” series (aka.ms/MDCInTheField), presenting the latest updates and insights on cloud security solutions. With a career spanning IT since 1994 and cybersecurity since 2006, I have held multiple roles at Microsoft, contributing expertise across product management, cloud security, and customer solutions. I also work as a part-time Professor at EC-Council University (since 2015), Trine University (since 2023) and University of Texas at Dallas (started in 2025). I have published over 30 books through esteemed publishers like Microsoft Press, Packt Publishing, Syngress, Pearson and Morgan James. I hold a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Intelligence & Forensics from Utica University, and I am a PhD candidate in Cybersecurity Leadership at Capitol Technology University.
