•       Develop New Division (GEOX)Batam, Medan, Jakarta, Semarang, Bali 
·        Built strategy for sales according to company strategy as guideline
·        Responsible built model and system for GEOX division (office, sales support , petty cash, reimburse,               etc.)
Consolidate, Business Plan for, Batam, Medan, Jakarta  Semarang, Bali
   Lead and train 10 Sales (2 Person Each City) and directing 4 Presales (1 Presales Each City) to meet annual objective company target 6 Billion per year
·        Assist sales and make sure sales team follow direction from manager to fulfill sales target, directing sales to find potential customer through information from network or principal
. assist sales to set selling price, adjust  COGSl to maximize  profit
. Approve project expense and other expense 
·        Evaluating sales activities day by day, check with sales if there any issue and need manager assistant
·        Monitoring sales activities through sales progress report and make sales forecast from sales funnel weekly report
·        Make sales performance evaluation, review   sales personal team, individual progress and reporting to GM sales 
·        Make sales forecast through sales funnel report and make evaluation win loose in each project  
·        Support sales to identify opportunity, help sales check speck and BOQ, calculate margin check customer additional request 
·        Negotiation for final price, term and condition for project delivery
·        Assist sales to get information about next project, requirement, budgeting user etc.

Busines Manager

·        Built key account, acquire at least 5 new key account to maintain achievement 
·        Product and solution presentation, 
·        Identifying opportunities to maximizing sales with Cary solution especialy solution  Berca carry                      
        (Server, Storage, Network, Hyperconverged, Virtualization, Data Backup etc.) make SWOT analysis , 
         drive customer to prefer Berca Solution to secure project and Maximize profit
·        Make target forecast vs opportunity in customer and ongoing project 
·        Analyze if the BOQ and speck already match with customer requirement
·        Make a weekly sales funnel report, inform to manager project and opportunity progress
·        Continuously prospecting customer, tactical selling , to find out  whole project picture and future plan    
         of customer project, r explain to customer about advantage of  solution compare others , customer,     
         monitoring opportunity progress, developing project, project delivery, and maintain payment term 
·        Identify, who’s decision maker, who’s the  influencer
·        Collaborate with principal to maintain project progress, until project delivery
·        Preparing next project by doing join planning session to capture customer next requirement
·        Make a forecast, planning, and budgeting for next coming project

•	Responsible for make a plan and developing  sales program and create strategic planning for 
    education market in education and smb

•	Reporting to Director, within responsibility for Toshiba daily sales and marketing operation. sales and also monitoring product distribution and sales progress in fifteen outlet
Maintain communication with all outlet manager to make sure they didn’t’t have any problem during selling Toshiba
•	Responsible for achieving sales target and product distribution trough consistently developing retail channel 
•	Coordinated with sales team member, assigning them task and motivating them to meet sales target.
•	Evaluating reporting weekly, sales progress, sales performance, and market evaluation.

Product Manager

•	Reporting to Director, within responsibility for BYON distribution in Indonesia,  also maintain daily sales and marketing operation.
•	Responsible for achieving sales target and product distribution trough all branch across Indonesia, to motivating and consistently developing retail and corporate channel 
•	Coordinated with sales team member, assigning them task and motivating them to meet sales 
         target.
•	Responsible for Marketing and Promotion program and branding activities in order to increasing
