We frame problems deeply, identify the key drivers that change the result, and align Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM around the smallest solution that can prove value.

I scale this by hiring and coaching product talent, creating impact-based roadmaps, developing crisp success criteria, and adopting an experimentation habit that replaces opinions with evidence.

I lead the product organization with a culture of clarity, candor, and ownership. We celebrate measurable progress over launches and make decisions based on behavior, not anecdotes.
