• Filing quarterly TDS returns (Orginal and revised) and ensuring timely TDS payments 
• Obtaining and reviewing the TDS Justification report in order to correct the TDS returns.
• Requesting and issuing of Form 16 and Form 16A to employees and outsourcing vendors. 
• Preparation and filing of monthly & quarterly GST returns and making GST payments. 
• Helping the Head of Finance and Senior Finance Manager with the creation of Operating plans and Cash Flow Statements. 
• Providing financial data and other reports to auditor requests and answering any follow-up questions that may arise. 
• Sending out Project- based Non-disclosure agreements and Service contracts to relevant vendors. 
• Liaison with the Bank Representatives or Service Relationship Managers for any operational requirements, updating signatories, KYC, Addition/Deletion of signatories etc.
• End-To-End management and coordination with the Bankers for making outward foreign currency remittance.
• Confirming and processing the request for Inward Remittances on Bank Portal.
• Preparing and processing the payments schedules for operating expenses, Salaries, Consultancy Fees, Reimbursement expenses etc.
• Overseeing and approving KYC and other requests related to Employee Provident Fund.
• Review, Verify and record all relevant Invoices in accounting system
