One expression = @modusdapp As co-founder of Modus, my goal is to democratize property development investments. We’re making institutional-grade opportunities accessible to anyone, anywhere. Using blockchain, we remove barriers and offer new ways for individuals to diversify their portfolios. Our platform enables peer-to-peer investments in real-world assets, opening doors that were previously closed to most. With a strong legal framework and a fast-growing community, we’re just getting started. My journey began with a fascination for economics, which led me to explore business, blockchain, and digital assets. In 2017, I dove into managing a portfolio of cryptocurrencies and tokens. That’s when I realized Web3’s potential to disrupt industries, especially property development. This inspired my co-founders and I to create Modus, where we sold over $150,000 in shares in our first property listing with realised returns of 24% APY. Outside of Modus, I share insights on blockchain, economics, and innovation. I also enjoy golf, a hobby that sharpens my focus and helps me stay calm under pressure—whether on the course or in business. It’s also a great excuse to spend a quality weekend with friends every summer, something I hope we’ll be doing for decades to come! My approach is collaborative, forward-thinking, and always centered on creating impact.
