To address this, I merged my UX/UI design skills with marketing knowledge and created SeedScaleUp. We developed a formula to help agencies and B2B companies book 5-12+ sales calls monthly on a pay-per-meeting basis: Sales Calls Monthly = (GO × CE) + (OLP × C) - GO (Great Offer): The attractiveness and value of the offer. - CE (Cold Email): The effectiveness of cold email campaigns. - OLP (Optimized Landing Page): The conversion rate and user experience of the landing page. - C (Content): The quality and relevance of content used to engage and inform potential customers. By focusing on these elements, we can significantly increase the number of sales calls booked each month. Our approach ensures that a compelling offer, effective cold emails, optimized landing pages, and high-quality content work together to achieve our target of 5-12+ sales calls monthly.
