After 5 years in Copenhagen with Saxo Bank, I join FGS Global in Singapore as Managing Director, where I lead and advise clients on strategy, reputation, corporate positioning, change management, financial communications and more, while growing the business and team as part of the local and regional leadership team. I passed my Danish language exam PD3 (equivalent to B2 in the European language framework) over the summer, and while it may not come in handy, it's testament to my curiosity, ability and appetite for lifelong growth and learning. With 15+ years of experience, a track record in strategic communications and working across disciplines, I am passionate about making an impact working at the intersection of people, strategy and communication. While at Saxo Bank, I ran Strategic Communications initiatives globally and built and ran PR for APAC region. I also served as a business partner to functions such as People & Culture, Cybersecurity and more, worked on change management initiatives and also with the commercial teams through product launches, building thought leadership across the business lines spanning trading, investing, wealth and asset management, institutional offerings. Other highlights: Ran media training and spokespeople coaching, professionalized the communications function, shown strategic thinking and ability to align initiatives with company goals. I bring a broad range of skillsets, dynamic personality, intercultural awareness and commercial acumen to the table, combining holistic thinking with attention to details and a can-do spirit to make an impact. Running media training, presentation and personal brand coaching and mentoring are things that light me up. I love helping people find their voice and power - whether through corporate narrative or through individual stories and personal style. As a person I am kind, self-motivated, adaptable, open-minded and curious, with a warm personality, good people skills. I enjoy teamwork, interaction with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, and thrive in a multicultural and international environment. My passions outside of work include music, literature, film, yoga, mediation, (watching) sports, learning languages, and I have a Master of Arts in Film and Literature with a focus on Queer Theory. I'm fluent in English and Chinese, French, Danish (intermediate), Cantonese and Italian (elementary). With my multicultural background and global mindset, I'm well-placed to bridge cultures East and West in corporate environments.
