I am able to manage people and resources, train and develop younger staff members, develop support and learning programmes, and conduct quality control. I feel that I am a strong contender for this position as I have a wealth of experience and as an all-rounder could be utilised anywhere as part ofyour team. I offer 15+ years of teaching experience as well as 8 years of formal university training. I have a great reputation to educate young minds and help them to develop into responsible young students. I am respected for my thorough and patient nature when dealing with young learners, and find innovative and creative ways to create a fun learning environment for pupils. I follow a discovery approach where pupils are taught to think outside the box, to discover and to grow as a person, through active engagement and participation. I am currently based in South Africa and in the process of migrating to Australia.
