Doing business might just be an excuse for me to build great products and services with talented and driven people ! I started my career in M&A with Lazard Frères, joining the Telecom, Media and Tech Group, for 4 incredibly rich years. I then felt the need to leave my comfort zone and reshuffle the cards. Through friends I realized how difficult it was for parents to find a convenient and healthy way to feed their babies. As I love kids, food and technology, after studying the market, I decided to produce high-quality organic babyfood, delivered to the door through a monthly subscription. Little Gustave was the 1st babyfood subscription service in Europe. Starting from scratch, I built the team, overcame a strict regulatory framework, led the search for suppliers and manufacturers, monitored testing and R&D, designed the brand, the website, our social media, marketing, and sales strategies. I solely conducted our 3 rounds of funding, for a total of €1.3m, with angel investors. The brand later expanded to physical retail channels, selling at Franprix, Monoprix and Carrefour stores, then creating the premium babyfood category in France. Ultimately, I have a true passion for consumer brands and innovation. I am always eager to support teams and leaders that are building platforms where employees can develop themselves and craft outstanding products and services, creating great customers' value and satisfaction.
