It's no secret that things are about to get tougher for businesses in the UK 

Over the last 6 or so years, I've faced my fair share of challenges. Thought I'd share some of the ways I've navigated them, hoping it might help someone. 

1. Shut out the noise. 

When tough times hit, it's easy to get bogged down in the negativity in the media. Focus on the things you can control and shut out the rest. 


2. Plan for the worst, hope for the best. 

Always have a plan in case things don't go the way you want them to. Most bad things in business tend to have warning signs before they hit. Keep an eye on the numbers and react accordingly. 

3. Set small goals and stick to them. 

Break down larger challenges into manageable tasks. Achieving small goals can build momentum and boost your confidence, making the bigger picture less daunting.

4. Look for opportunities to pivot.

Every challenge is an opportunity for growth and innovation. Stay curious, stay focused, and keep pushing forward. 💪
