Husband since 2011. Father since 2013. Leader since 2010. Human since 1988. “Regardless of WHAT we do in our lives, our WHY—our driving purpose, cause or belief—never changes." ― Simon Sinek What is my why? My wife & my kids. They are my beating heart. Without them I'm just some guy floating on this rock we call Earth with no profound purpose. Everything else comes downstream from them. And for them, everything comes downstream from me. I don't plan on letting them down and it's my goal to make them proud. Now that you know my why, here is the what: Process Improvement - I am a 12-year process improvement veteran who loves solving process crises. You see an obstacle, I see a stairway. You see difficulty, I see reward. Using Agile Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, SWOT, and some American ingenuity, I can solve your process bottlenecks. The proof? I helped create a revolutionary dashboard tracking system borne from a laborious Excel-based tracking system that shred turn time in half, and cut labor waste by 20%. Customer Success - Customer Success is what happens after the sale is made, and it's really what matters. No one wants to feel worthless, and used. So what do I do? Start with empathy. Start with Respect. Know your customers needs better than anyone. Lastly, just be a human. The proof here? Using all the traits listed, in my career I proudly boast a retention rate of 98%. Project Manager - Two words: Collaboration & Vision. Any time I see something that needs improved, I envision what it should do and what I think people want it to look and act like. Then, I collaborate with people far smarter than I am to hear their ideas to even make the vision more spectacular. After that, we roll up our sleeves and get to work. Whether it's planning, or implementation, I have a breadth of experience managing projects. The proof? I trail-blazed over 500 projects, including a multi-million dollar SQL integration project. Servant-Leader - As a leader, it is not your job to take the glory. As a leader, it is not your job to hold your rank over others. It is a leader's job to serve. Servant-leadership is such an important part of who I am, because the world needs more empathy, and that's what I bring to the table. Promulgating people to become leaders is the biggest dopamine rush in business, and it is just the right thing to do. So what now? Well, I'm a free agent. I am looking for a role with a fantastic company offering full-time remote, allowing me to love and provide for my why (see above) more, and continuing to hone my skills and pursue my passion.
