Driven by the pursuit of commercial outcomes and human interaction, I'm an operations, talent, and people leader with experience across venture capital, startup and scale up technology, and recruitment environments. Currently, I lead the talent function for Airtree Ventures, working closely with our 100+ Founders and portfolio companies on talent and people strategy. To increase impact, I've leveraged no-code software tools, like Airtable and Zapier, to create scalable platforms and networks. Outside of Monday to Friday: I completed my Masters of Business Administration at Melbourne Business School in 2023, graduating from the part-time course. I'm a Co-Founder of Paradise Property Group, which has developed a lux, capsule bed hostel in Nusa Penida, Indonesia. The epic five year journey from ideation to opening culminated in August 2023 when we opened our doors to the public (feel free to ask me about this if you're curious!). We've completed deals with Sea Forest, who has developed marine farming processes to grow methane-abating seaweed at scale; Lanterne, a SaaS company optimising operations for the micro-mobility and car fleet industries; and Partnerswell, a SaaS platform for tracking the influence of partners for co-sell opportunities. In other realms of life, I'm a basketball lover who can be found attempting to recreate the glory days of old in various local mens' leagues, a food & travel enthusiast, and lover of human interaction.
